Dr. Brian Meenan
Founded Premier Chiropractic in 2019 to serve the South Hills Pittsburgh area. He started this practice after working in a multi-disciplinary practice for several years. He believes that the quickest results come from modern soft tissue techniques, rehabilitation exercises along with traditional chiropractic techniques.
Dr. Meenan has worked with all types of people from NFL athletes to elderly seniors who do not like the typical chiropractic adjustment. He enjoys working with the patient to find a personalized approach that works for them. He has additional training in active release technique, which is a highly effective, state-of-the-art soft-tissue mobilization technique. He has also received extra training and certifications in functional movement techniques in kinesiology taping, advanced lower extremity analysis, dynamic cupping and Motion Palpation Institute.
When he is not treating patients, he enjoys being as active as possible by weight lifting, snowboarding, waterskiing, and coaching lacrosse. Dr. Brian Meenan lives in South Fayette with his wife Kelly and their two Labrador retrievers, Tucker and Ryder.

What she says about Chiropractic, “ I wanted to be a chiropractor because I wanted to help others experience the benefits I’ve had with chiropractic care. I’ve been a dancer all my life and chiropractic has always helped me move better. It helps with everyday aches/pains and helps with recovery from a bad tumbling pass. I have always wanted to help others in a way that I know has served me well; and chiropractic is the holistic way I can do that.” She is proud to be on the few female chiropractors in Pittsburgh.
